Messages the app shows you
The wording below is exactly what appears on screen.
| Message | What happened |
|---|---|
| You cancelled in the wallet. | You pressed reject, or the wallet closed before you signed. Nothing was sent and nothing was spent. |
| Not enough in your wallet for this swap plus the round-up. | The round-up needs more than the swap alone. Lower the amount, or leave a little more of the token you are paying with. |
| The quote expired. Try again. | Transactions carry a blockhash that goes stale after a couple of minutes. Nothing was spent; get a fresh quote. |
| Could not price SOL. | The price feed did not answer. Usually a blip; retry in a moment. |
| This route is too large for one transaction. | A route grew between the quote and the build, past Solana's 1232 byte limit. Rare, and it clears on its own: try again in a moment. |
| No Solana wallet found in this browser. | Nothing injected itself. Install Phantom or Solflare, unlock it, and reload. |
| Crumble could not start. | The Solana library did not load, usually a blocked network or an ad blocker eating the script. Reload; if it persists, try another network. |
When the app refuses to trade at all
"A configured token does not match the chain." On every load the app checks each pinned mint against the chain: symbol, decimals, token program and the issuer's address prefix. If any of those disagree it stops rather than guessing. This is the guard against impostor tokens, and it is working as intended. Do not look for a way around it.
Things that come up
Nothing happens when I press Connect
Unlock the wallet first, then reload. If you have several wallets installed, one of them may be claiming the page: disable the others, or pick the right one from the list the app offers.
My stocks are not showing in my wallet
Most wallets hide tokens they do not recognise. Look for a "manage" or "hidden tokens" setting, or paste the mint from Addresses. The tokens are there: check the address on Solscan if you want to be sure.
The transaction failed and I still paid something
You paid the network fee, around 0.000005 SOL. That is the cost of asking; the swap itself did not happen and the money for it never moved.
The first crumb cost more than it bought
It did, and that is expected once per stock. Creating the token account needs a refundable deposit of about 0.0015 SOL. From the second crumb into that stock onwards there is no deposit. Fees has the numbers.
My basket only has one stock in it
Working as designed. A crumb buys one leg, and the app always buys whichever is furthest below its weight, so the basket fills in over several swaps. How it works explains why four legs cannot fit in one transaction.
The numbers moved between the quote and the receipt
They will, slightly. The quote is what the pools looked like a moment ago; the receipt is what actually filled. Your slippage setting is the floor under that difference.
My basket disappeared
The basket lives in your browser, because there is no contract to keep it in. Clearing site data, a different browser or a private window all start from the default. Your holdings are untouched by any of that: they are in your wallet.
Transactions keep failing when the network is busy
Under congestion Solana drops transactions that have not landed in time. Retrying is the remedy; nothing is lost but the network fee.
Still stuck
Everything the app does is public. Open your address on Solscan, find the transaction, and read the instructions in it. Whatever the interface told you, the chain is the record.
