What you sign, what it lets us do, and why the word withdraw does not appear in this product.

There is nothing to withdraw

This page used to explain how to get your money out. On Solana that section does not exist, because your money never goes anywhere: the stock tokens your crumbs buy are sent to your wallet inside the same transaction that buys them.

No deposit, no vault balance, no claim step, no withdrawal queue. If you want to sell what you own, you sell it the way you would sell any other token in your wallet, on any exchange that lists it, with or without us.

The test that matters. Close this site forever and nothing about your holdings changes. They are not in an account we keep for you, they are in your wallet. That is the whole design.

What you actually sign

One transaction, and only when you press the button. It contains the swap you asked for and the round-up, and nothing else. Your wallet shows you every balance change it will cause before you approve it.

What we ask forWhat it lets us do
ConnectRead your public address. No signature, no transaction, no spending power.
Approve one transactionExactly what that transaction says, once. There is no standing allowance and nothing carries over to the next one.

We never ask you to sign a blank message, we never ask for an unlimited approval, and there is no Crumble program that could hold one.

Token accounts

Solana keeps each token in its own small account owned by your wallet. The first time a crumb buys a stock you have never held, that account is created inside the same transaction, and it costs a small, refundable deposit in SOL called rent. It is your account: the rent comes back if you ever close it.

The tokenized stocks use the newer Token-2022 standard, so their accounts sit at different addresses than classic tokens. Wallets handle this on their own. It only matters if you are deriving addresses by hand.

Losing access

Your seed phrase is the only thing that controls your wallet, and nobody at Crumble has it, can reset it, or can recover it for you. That cuts both ways, and it is worth being honest that the second half of the sentence is the price of the first.

We will never ask for it. Anybody who does, in our name or anyone else's, is stealing from you.

Moving off Solana

Stock tokens are Solana assets. Sending them to an address on another chain does not move them, it loses them. If you want value somewhere else, sell into SOL or a stablecoin first and bridge that.
